About Us
Therapymetric is an independent weekly about Android app updates. Every Monday we pick a handful of widely used apps and check their Google Play listings: the version number, the update date and the developer's What's new notes. We then put the developer's update notes and the listing details together on one page, in plain words, with a link to the official listing.
What we publish
- A short weekly issue that lists the apps we checked and gives each one a plain verdict: Update now, Check one setting, or No rush.
- One page per app with the changes in detail, the version on the listing and a link to the app's official Google Play listing.
- Step-by-step guides, such as setting up a new Android phone, and simple tools that help readers choose between similar apps.
How we work
We do not host, repackage or distribute any software. Every link to an app goes to its official store listing, published by the developer named on that listing. Version numbers and dates come from the listing on the day we check it; where the developer's notes leave something open, the page says so. Google and most developers release updates in stages, so a version we list may take a few days to reach your phone.
Independence
Therapymetric is not affiliated with Google or with the developers of the apps we cover. The site is funded by the advertising shown on its pages. Advertisers have no say in which apps we cover or in what we write about them.
Our pages don't read your phone or your Google account, and nothing is installed from this site.
