Accuracy

We check version numbers, update notes, settings paths and other details against each app's Google Play listing and the developers' public help pages, on a best-effort basis. Apps are rolled out in stages and can differ by device, Android version, region and account, so what you see may not match our pages. Where our information and an app's official Google Play page disagree, the official Google Play page is the one to follow.

No software on this site

We do not host, distribute or alter any app. Every button that leads to an app opens its official Google Play page, published by the developer named there. Installing and updating apps happens in Google Play, under Google's terms and the developer's own policies.

Our verdicts, such as “Update now” or “No rush”, are editorial opinions meant to help readers decide. They are not technical support or security advice for a particular device.
